Dr. Alvarado is from Little Rock, Arkansas. Her passion for veterinary medicine first originated from caring for her family dogs growing up. She graduated from the University of Arkansas with degrees in Animal Science and Spanish. Following graduation, she moved to College Station, Texas, and received her veterinary degree at Texas A&M University.

Dr. Alvarado has a special interest in soft tissue surgery, client education, and client communication. Dr. Alvarado and her husband, Carlos, have one dog, Milo. He is a boxer mix who loves running and hiking, but his favorite activity is sunbathing while watching the birds in his backyard.

In her free time, Dr. Alvarado enjoys hiking with her husband and dog, making clay art, and playing board games with her friends. Dr. Alvarado looks forward to meeting you and providing compassionate care for your pets!
