Dr. Dwaine Dickey graduated from Louisiana State University in 1987. Dr. Dickey has been practicing Veterinary Medicine in Northwest Arkansas for over 25 years now. At Animal Medical Center, Dr. Dickey treats small animals and offers a wide variety of services ranging from a large variety of surgeries to preventative care. Dr. Dickey currently serves as a board of directors member for the Animal Emergency Clinic of NWA. Dr. Dickey also represents District one in the ARVMA.

Dr. Fugett was born and raised in Muldrow Oklahoma. He aspired to be a veterinarian from the young age of 5, and has worked in the veterinary field for 20 years. He attended Northeastern State University and Oklahoma State University for his undergraduate studies. He attended Oklahoma State University Center for Veterinary Health Sciences for veterinary school where he graduated in 2011. Directly after graduation he was the new graduate delegate on the Arkansas State Veterinary Board. Dr. Fugett has a strong interest in internal medicine, radiology/ultrasonography, and client communication. He currently lives in Lowell with his son Jackson, and his Boykin Spaniel Murphy. Dr. Fugett looks forward to meeting you and your four legged family and forming a long lasting relationship.

Dr. O’Neal grew up in Little Rock, Arkansas and knew she wanted to be a veterinarian since the age of four. She never stopped pursuing her love for animals as a career. Dr. O’Neal completed her undergraduate studies in Animal Science at the University of Arkansas, Fayetteville, then headed to Baton Rouge with her husband, Josh O’Neal, where she received a degree in veterinary medicine at Louisiana State University. After graduation, they headed west to Las Vegas where Dr. O’Neal practiced at a busy 6 doctor practice for 2 years. Dr. O’Neal and her husband elected to move back to Arkansas in 2012 to settle down and start their family. Together they have three children, a five year old daughter named Saylor, a three year old daughter named Anniston, and a one year old boy named Hyson. They have two Cavalier King Charles Spaniels, Bentley & Beamer, and one cat, Tini. Dr. O’Neal has a special interest in soft tissue surgery, emergency medicine, ultrasonography and veterinary business. Dr. O’Neal is passionate about preventative medicine and client education. She wants to help pet owners get the most out of their veterinary care. Dr. O’Neal serves in the American Veterinary Medical Association House of Delegates, Arkansas Veterinary Medical Association Board of Directors, Alumni Society Board of Directors for the Dale Bumpers College of Agricultural Food and Life Sciences, and acts as an Alumni Fundraising Agent for her veterinary class. In her free time, Dr. O’Neal loves her church community group, exercising, and baking cookies. Her highest priority is spending time with family, friends, and pets.

Dr. Blomberg graduated from the University of Missouri-Columbia College of Veterinary Medicine in 1989. He pursued a small animal career in Fayetteville, Arkansas for several years. He then was offered the opportunity to work in the poultry field, which he did for 21 years. During this time, Dr. Blomberg provided veterinary services to a horse breeding farm, was active with the local animal shelters and provided relief services to local veterinary practices. After retiring from poultry, he returned to full time small animal practice. Dr. Blomberg is a member of the American Veterinary Medical Association and the Arkansas Veterinary Medical Association. He has been on numerous boards and several committees dedicated to the welfare of animals.

Dr. Hale is originally from Poteau, Oklahoma, where she grew up on a cattle ranch. She completed her undergraduate studies at Carl Albert State College and the University of Arkansas-Fort Smith. She later received her veterinary degree at Oklahoma State University and began her veterinary career in the Arkansas River Valley. Dr. Hale and her husband, Jordan, have two fur kids. Tucker is an Australian Shepherd who loves to protect his parents from mail and package deliveries, and Molly is a Labrador Retriever who loves food and playing fetch more than anything. Dr. Hale enjoys spending time outdoors working on landscaping, tending to her large plant collection, and filling/watching her bird feeders. Dr. Hale is excited to be in the NWA region and looks forward to meeting you and your fur family!

Dr. Friedman

Dr. Friedman was raised in Ashland, Kentucky and received her bachelor's degree in Animal Science at the University of Kentucky. During her undergraduate studies, Dr. Friedman volunteered at a wildlife rehabilitation facility in Kentucky. After graduation she was an intern at Turpentine Creek Wildlife Refuge in Eureka Springs, Arkansas, where she cared for rescued large exotic animals such as lions, tigers, and bears (oh my!). During this internship, she met her now husband Daniel Friedman, who grew up in Arkansas. Together they moved to Auburn, Alabama where Dr. Friedman earned her doctorate of veterinary medicine at Auburn University. After veterinary school, they relocated back to NWA with their mixed breed shelter pup, Luna, and their Golden Retriever, Lily, to start her career as a veterinarian. Dr. Friedman has a special interest in soft tissue surgery, dentistry, exotic animals, and internal medicine. In her free time, Dr. Friedman loves spending time with her step-daughters Rylee and Ayla, going camping, DIY projects, cooking and baking! Dr. Friedman and her husband recently bought some land and plan to start a farm and raise their family here in NWA in the upcoming years.
